I will like to say something from my own experience. I live in Pakistan. The winters in my city are usually mild and summer is really hot. So I like it very much and feel happy when it is cloudy and there is a cool breeze. I went to Canada few years back - I stayed on the East Coast where winter is freezing and summer is quite mild. Over there cloudy weather was quite depressing after a while and the warmest of the days I really enjoyed. So I think weather does effect human emotion. But it is also important that what kind of weather the person is subjected to for most of the time. In my case it was almost totally opposite. I am back in Pakistan and I hate it - i get angry when it gets too Hot.

Seasonally Adjusted Depression or SAD is known to be due to a lack of exposure to sunlight, generally occurring in climes that have shorter winter days.

Sadly most people seen to get "bummed out" by rainy days, but it is really something that we should all be grateful for cause if there is no rain there is no grain, and the atmosphere would remain a lot dustier.

Rainy days can be just a beautiful as Sun-Shiny ones.
