how do i prevent people with lap tops from using my internet/computer access?

I think my neighbor is using my internet access..... Thank You

there is a thing were you can lock your internet stream. Maybe you could contact the provider?
I think it will give you a code and you enter it to lock it

Secure your network Lexie. Read the documentation that came with your router or call the tech support. The Cisco tech support folks at Linksys are great.

Are you using a wireless router?

Read the information that came with your router... You can password protect it; that is what we did!
