My old gf who I've known for 3 years just moved to the US to live there with her ex bf. She has to be married to him in order to qualify for a visa should he also qulify for a visa.

We had a pretty intense relationship. We had a fight last year though. We are both subborn. She said she was going to the US with her old bf, I said I was ok. I was wrong. I quickly knew what a terrible mistake I made. I love her so much and we are great together.
Before she left last week, she basically begged me to spend as much time with her as possible before she left. She said she really loves me and wants to be with me but can't stop everything that's in motion. Now I feel terrible. We had a big fight online today over her moving to the US despite her telling me she loved me and vice versa. She sounds torn up there right now and so am I. She said she misses me as much as I miss her and feels sad about the whole thing. Some people close to me swear she'll come back. I hope so. What do you think?

You had a fight so she feels like she has to leave the country? If the boyfriend is also here on a VISA, then marrying him won't get her citizenship. Not sure if it will let her stay here for a visit though. There is no legal reason she can't stop any proceedings. If she doesn't stop them, it's for personal reasons. Sounds like you need to let her go. There's something going on she's not telling you.

I don't know where you are, but would it be possible for you to go there and get her back? If you love her this much and feel that you really want to be with her, marry her if that's what she needs, then you should claim her. I know i sound too romantic, but i think she will fall for that and forget all your fights past and move on with you.
She says she loves you and what? Did she give you something while you talked today about her whiling to be back with you? Would she stay with you? I wish you the best with her, and I'll say once more that you have to go after what you really want...
