I fear so many things about death, I don't know where to start.
Firstly, die without fulfilling my dreams and thus dying with the feeling of incomplete accomplishment. i.e. Not living life to the fullest. And never knowing what I could be or the best I could possibly achieve.
Secondly, not knowing what happens after death or what would become of me or my family. Would it be blank-out? The netherworld? Or???
And lastly, as many have pointed out, the fear of being forgotten. As though I'd never existed or lived before. This is probably my greatest fear, to live as though never having lived and die as though, there wasn't even a life to end.

I have no fear of death. I fear the process of Dying but not the life after it. There are many ways to say the same thing ex: Death is just apart of life, and all good things must come to and end, and so on.
But I know that the Existence beyond this one is great than any of us can possible imagine. Live the life you want and know that God loves you for who you are and not what you have done. Take your fear of death and throw it away because it is an imaginary shackle that only serves to stop you from being yourself. Death is inevitable and to fear it is as ridicules as to fear the passing of time.
wow I guess I went way off topic on that one, sry.

The manner in which my death occurs. It's not really fear, but a knowing that pain might exist. I don't want the pain, but I do not fear it. If I end up having great pain as part of my death, I think you just cope with it as best you can. Once your body can't handle the pain, I think the spirit departs and there is no more pain. I just hope I die in my sleep in a peaceful manner.......

I fear what comes after death. I am Buddhist so I want to come back as a Buddhist and continue my path. As for death itself, I have no fear anymore, it is just another part of the cycle. Death is just another "beginning".

The most fearful thing is when and how it comes to you. Whether you are prepare for it or not. The fear from getting apart from your lovedones or leaving behind what you have gathered in your whole life, things that are so important to you that you don't want to share with anyone. Its like loosing something important, something that means everything to you.

that's a really good question and I don't like thinking about it, I just hope that I will continue to be able to still think about the people I new and the stuff I did, I really don't want to die and nothing happens the felling of never living again I guess is what I fear the most about dying.

The Word or phrase DEATH itself sounds abit scary it makes one be reminded that's one thing every human being has to face someday - no one really has or can predict about their death, it comes life a thief sometimes due to cruel sickness or by accident at a young age too, -there's no turning back like the "U TURN" and yet one wonders how its going to feature in our lives as we travel to life's journey of uncertainities -Ayesha Ahmed

People are scared of death, because it means never coming back from the dead, and never being able to see people you love, and fear of leaving everything behind.

The only thing I few is a slow painful death, like being eaten alive or burned to death. As far as death itself, I'm not afraid of it.
