It depends on the kind of pressure. If it's medium pressure I get pretty hyper about it. If it's crushing, can't breathe, how-can-life-go-on kind of pressure, I have an amazing calm "we'll-get-through-this attitude. It's all about perspective.

Handling yourself in a professional manner with dignity and honesty is grace under pressure. Many people fall apart or become angry or aggitated when under a lot of pressure. Grace under pressure can be learned with practice. I always had a lot of respect for people who handle themselves well when under the gun so to speak. I think part of it is not taking things personally and taking the facts and dealing with them without becoming emotional about it.
