yes it is. I am about 5 months, and in the beginning I noticed sometimes only one hurt and not the other. This will not get any better. Pretty soon both will hurt, and it isn't pleasant. Mine hurt so bad I have to not wear a bra (when around the house) and even then just my shirt touching them hurts them.
But every woman is different, and what results in the very end is soo much worth your boobs hurting.
Congrats!

Sore breast would be a demonstration of being pregnant. With my daughter it replace into particularly my first actual sign that i replace into pregnant. it particularly is very real in case you, like i replace into, have smaller to established sized breast. even nevertheless, mushy breast is additionally brought about by many different issues like a hormone imbalance or an upcoming menstrual cycle. To be risk-free, i might go out and purchase a being pregnant attempt or extra perfect yet, get a blood attempt at your well-known practitioner or sanatorium (blood attempt can %. up the being pregnant hormone a lot previous to keep attempt).

Yup. Try wearing a supportive bra though, it helps so much. Also cocoa butter is good for them/ And sometimes I even put a warm wash cloth on them for about 5 mins. sorry about the pains, but they'll get better. Congrats, and good luck!

it is perfectly normal. it is because your mammary glands are working overtime to produce milk for when the baby is born. if it gets unbearably sore you should maybe see a doctor but if not it is perfectly normal
