Since you clain that this is not a joke I will give you a serious answer. If you have a real unresolvable problem, some Dr.s may give you a prescription for a low dosage of an antidepressant drug - a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor - like Lexpro, Paxil and others. One of the major side effects of these type of drugs is the inhibition of the ability to have an orgasm. It really delays having one and in some cases eliminates the ability to have one at all (at regular dosages). In fact this side effect is one of the major reasons for noncompliance in depressed patients. Lower doses appear to be effective in delaying orgasm in people. Ask your Dr. about it....I am NOT making this up.

you are too focused or excited when having a great sex experience ,you need to slow down if you feel you are close to cumming pull out and stop , do something else with your wife to keep the level of excitement up for you lest should you go limp , when the urge to *** has passed get busy dude , also try to focusyour mind on something else while having sex it takes pratice to achieve this ,or try something from a sex shop that will deaden some of the feeling on the head of your penis to prolong the sex

You need to practice with her and by yourself.
When your masturbating and you feel like your going to ejaculate stop, and rest for one min and start again. Do this 4 or 5 times and then ejaculate. Also, when masturbating you want to use lube when your masturbating.
When your having sex with your partner, you do the same thing as you do with masturbating. When you feel your getting close, stop and rest a min and start up.

this will cure your problem.

Your question is either a little bit conflicting or unclear. Generally early ejaculation itself can't be synonym of great sex!
Unless you are been seized by it only now.
If you read my last participation, I wrote that for early ejaculation disease there still is no sure and efficace treatment until today.
