ahhh as it's plastic you need to probably use 220 grit on the part you want to spray again, rubbing out the runs.then change to a fine grade 1000 grit use wet n dry sand paper keeping it wet..
If you havn't gone through the paint work into the primer then you could then use a buffer (mop) then polish it back up. run free! ; )
Good luck! oh & make sure its absolutly dry what ever your rubbing down, plastic can seem dry & when you use the sandpaper it messes up!)
if you need more help send a message on my 360

Get some very fine sandpaper (maybe a bit rougher depending on how prominent the marks) sand the whole surface, not just the marks. I would recommend just respraying with a varnish or lacquer as you won't take off much with the sandpaper. If your finish after sanding is not a consistent colour then you should respray.

you could actually try a bit of t cut and a buffing wheel if the paint is really set but it doesn't always work so you'll probably have to use wet and dry start with 300 then 600 then 1200 don't forget to keep it wet a bit of fairy liquid in the water for upright sufaces is helpful to keep the surface nice and wet without constant soaking

Sand them off and a light re-coating would be the best, otherwise some of the car rubbing compounds will also help to reduce the height of paint.

If really dry, flatten with wet an dry paper. Start coarse, finish with fine - wet is best.

wait for it to dry fully, about a week, then rub down with wet and dry. Course grade first, then gradually reduce the grade. Finish with a polish................good luck.......
