I want to take Myra 400 E as my vitamins, but i am confused when to have it.. every morning or is it ok to have it at night? Is there any difference on that?

Since vitamin E is fat-soluble, it should be taken with a meal. It doesn't have to be right at mealtime, but at least not too long before or after. So bedtime is probably not a good choice, but at suppertime is fine.

i take my E vitamins early in the morning (Omega Complex and Flaxseed Oil) right before i hit the gym, and my Woman's Health vitamins at night, but i really couldn't tell you the difference other than i do it because i get an energy boost from the Flaxseed oil while working out.
