The only thing that gets me jealous is my girl. I don't want to be a jealous person, but I can't help it. How do I overcome this?

Jealousy is a first sign of insecurity. Why do you feel insecure? Find your own answers to the question and work on it to improve your self worth. Once you are self assured and confident, the jealousy will abate. Your girlfriend's reassurances that you are her only true love will not help in this situation.

Well, I think jealousy can be an advantage at times IF you use it to try and compete with the person you're feeling jealous about. That would effectively get rid of jealousy if you make yourself BETTER than the person you envy. It is a bad thing only if it makes you use unfair crooked means to stop the other person's progress. So feeling a little envious causes no big harm.

I don't see jealousy as a huge problem because sometimes you need to go with your intuitive self; what I mean is your thoughts may be right (what couple or partner doesn't reassure him or herself by questioning their partner) - you don't want to keep being hurt by not being cautious, right? I think of jealousy as a person 'loving hard' and if a person wants to adjust their level of jealousy, I think they need to just learn self-control and be cautious of the way they approach situations.

Praise evryone for everything they do. Even it is the person u dont like just praise them for their good activities.
When u praise others they will praise u atleast for courtesy so will feel at the top and u will not feel jealous.
When praise others u will not feel jealous that others are prasing somebody else.

You have to choose not to be. It's something you will have to put a lot of effort into. But it's so worth every second of it to free your mind of the bitterness, anxiety, and sometimes rage that you've been feeling.
