neptune is a deep shade of blue, it has a ring system, but it is a very faint ring that likely wouldn't have been found if it wasn't for the voyager spacecraft.

it used to have a great dark spot about the size of earth, however this feature hasn't been seen since voyager went by the planet, so it likely wasn't a permanent storm (unlike jupiter's great red spot).

its most distinguishing feature is its dee shade of blue. if you can look up pictures of the planet taken by voyager you will see it.

it is also the third largest planet in terms of mass, yet the fourth largest in terms of diameter.

The planets Neptune, Jupiter, Saturn & Uranus are not solid planets. They are huge balls of liquid and gas. They all have rings around them.
