Well, yes! I has my Winx. I connected to my winx by clapping my hands 3 times, then I'm a fairy! Yes I transformed! U should try it sometimes!

i thinkits allow for magical ppl b,coz in 1 episode i saw that they are not allowing the foster parents of Bloom, or its heriditaery
