Yes! It will probably be positively, not negatively, affected. Anyplace which makes you feel relaxed and comfortable while you study is appropriate. Relaxing the mind and body allows the brain to absorb and retain information more efficiently. What better place is there to do that than your bedroom? When I was in high school I frequently studied while lying or sitting on my bed. I used that method when I prepared for my biology final in the 10th grade, and I scored 96 out of 102 points.

You should do just fine in your room. There is research that shows you retain more information if you listen to classical music while you study. Just FYI.

honestly...any place where you can concentrate and not be disturbed by anyone is a good place, as long as you have sufficient lighting and enough space!
