which one is the best cost effective camera phone(GSM) with memory to record long video by camera?

i am in india and looking to buy a GSM handset with camera, i need value for money phone with max. duration of video recording.

the sony 810i is a very nice camera/video phone with an expandible memory slot for those long movies/songs/games that you can get very inexpensive with a new activation. wirefly has it for $99 with a $99 rebate = free (i dunno bout india). but if you can get a US phone and get it unlocked for ues in india. im not to sure about buying an unlocked one without a new contract

you can go for a nokia 6600 for only rs/-8500/- and install a camera software which can give you a 1 hour continous video recording depending on memory or go fro a nokia 3230 or 6680. nokia 6680 is value for money comes with 1.3 mp camera best in its class and with good memory and rich applications.
