Check out the boiler manufacturers instructions to see if there is an internal fill.
If you dont have instructions, contact the maker, they usually send out the instuctions for free. You need the instuctions for an engineer when they service the boiler or fault find.
If you still have problems the go to the corgi web site and search for an engineer near you

Ifyou have the valved connections ie 1 on the heating pipe &1 on the mains pipe,its easiest to go buy a filling loop.If not,you can fill the system through a drain **** on the systemby way of connecting the garden hose or similar to it.Always fill from cold with the boiler and pump off.1-1.5 bar is corect

it should be 1.5 bar
ther is a nut on the water inlet undo it half a turn
and it will fill
