i am very confussed . 1) plz tell me how should i reduce weight in 1 month ? i need to do it very easily . does constipations effect weight . plzzzzzzzzzz help me ........ what should i do for this problem do help me soon any medidine natural or alopatheic 2) should i believe in god bcoz what i want he always do opposite. he ditch me evert time. idonot feel like believe in it .i want his help but he donot. i have many questions to ask

exercise; I have lost 18 pounds since January 15 by going to the Gym three times a week. I believe in God and his will is usually better than ours. Just because you don't receive the response that you look for from him does not mean that he is not doing what is best for you. He knows best. Have faith in god and he will always do right by you.

see an acqupressure book u will find or do the following but plz do in right way
starting from u r thumb 4th finger i.e second last fold that finger to half & put u r thumb on it for 45 minuts a day do it with both hands for better result

I believe in God, and part of that is trusting that he will work things out. If he does not do what you want him to, there is a reason for it, and he knows what he is doing. Put all your faith and trust in Jesus Christ and eventually things will turn out for the best.

ok first CLAM DOWN! its bad for your body to worry. tea diets are good and jenny craig did wonders for me! and this god thing u dont have to believe in him if u dont want to but its usally good to have a god to look up to even if this god is just a fake. ( yet in my opinon u shold pick god since he IS real but u still dont have to

usually quick fixes are not good for your health.

you should change your lifestyle and do it over time.
