why have i been told off? i only asked about avatars!

I got told off too-for a very innocent question. Never did get a straight answer. Sometimes our questiosn are phrased as a communication instead of a question. We are supposed to talk to each other but just put questions and answers out there. Kind of weird. I think we all occasionally get in trouble without having any idea why.
