As far as I know he lives in France.
But, most celebrities view people who want to meet them as potentially violent or disturbed individuals so they take steps to prevent anyone unknown to them from getting too close. So don't be too surprised if you never meet him. You could try sending him a letter in care of his agent, but it will probably go unanswered, you might possible get a picture of him, or a form letter stating thank you for you interest, blah, blah, blah...
Try to bear in mind the celebrities truly aren't special people. They make their living in such a way that the companies they work for promote them to be special for financial gain, but in truth, the aren't anymore special than anyone else.

He lives in France with his girlfriend and daughters. He hates people who'd disturb his family time.
The best way to meet him is perhaps to work for one of his movies or his agency.

My (confusing family connection) Nan's sister's daughter was an extra on the set of Sleepy Hollow and saw him then.
Unfortunately she's a bit dippy and didn't even realise it was him until after the event, silly moo!

On the 22nd of may he is in london, premiere the new pirates of the carrribean movie. Just go really early so you get front row. Its in lecister sqaure!!!!!
