ok this is quite simple.
a)the equation of straight line is y=4x-5.
here slope=m=4 and y-intercept=c=-5
this straightline is parallel to another straight line.so the slope of the new straight line is also 4
now the straight line is passing through(0,3)
now 3=0+c
=>c=3.
so the equation of straight line is
y=4x+3.
b)y=4x-5
=>4x=y+5
=>x=y/4 + 5/4.

a) If two lines are parallel than their slopes are equal
so the form of the line is y =4x+b
we write that the line passes by point 0,3

we have 3 = 0x +b b=3

answer y =4x+3

b) y = 4x-5 gives 4x = y+5

and x = y/4 +5/4

(y-3)/x = 4
y-3 = 4x
y = 4x+3

y=4x-5
y+5 = 4x or
y/4 +5/4 =x
