sometimes when i talk to people that i dont know, i get a bit shy and go all quiet. i am alot better than i was before but i really want a boyfreind but nothing seems to be going right lately. It doesnt help that i go to an all girls secondary school and we are not able to meet other boys. I go out alot and i love to party but i cannot find the right person :(
when i am with my freinds or people that i know, i can be myself and i am a happy person, who loves a laugh! but i want to be able to be like that with everyone else and to not always think that people will judge me. I just think that i have confidence problems but i dont know how to get over them! please help!!

ask urself these questions...

-why would ppl like to meet me?
-wut are five things i like about me?
-does wut ppl think of me really matters?
-do ur friends like to have me around? (if yes, u may b very nice, so why hide it?)

after u have answered those questions, u will feel better about urself, then u will have no need to b shy. just talk to anyone ;)

Recite the following every morning.
I am a warm and wonderful person, and everyone who meets me is better off for having met me.

Every evening say the following.
I am a warm and wonderful person, and everyone who MET me is better off for having met me.

Write it on an index card and tape to the bathroom mirror.

In 30 days you won't recognize yourself.

I can see you are a good girl. just continue like that and you will get the right person you are looking for. Just be yourself at anytime, be calm, be gentle, be a big girl and be yourself.
You will be suprise my lady.
