Why does she say: Until next time...sleep tight?

It is a scary show...chances are if you watched it you won't sleep in a week. What do you think about "Most Haunted"?

not scary enough to keep me up at night, it is creepy.

Sorry, I don't watch scary movies. I watched "The Exorcist" when I was 16. That was enough for me. I was terrified of the dark until sometime in my late 20's.
