there r 4 classes (casts) in society..upper class enjoy most benifits lowest class is totaly isolared and work in toilets.

upper class has always been in power..they wont like the other classes..there is no change at all in their behaviour..so government is not doing any thing at all.

Slowly, with each passing generation, the attitudes will change.
I would only hope that the intellectuals of India could find some method of abolishing a system that illiminates certain people from participating in the economic system.
