Believe it or not theres gonna be another season of pokemon when is it ever gonna stop!

Yes, it takes place in Shinou, the anime has been running for ten years now. The Shinou league season will be premiering in america probably around the time diamond and pearl will be released. Theres also 10+ movies now with one always in the works. (By the end I predict more movies than DB/DBZ/DBGT). But theres been longer anime series, look at doremon, movies and shows have been produced for it for over 30 years.
As long as Pokemon is populaur, the anime will still run. Though, Ash should be 16 now...I think they need have Ash get married to Misty and just continue where their children become trainers to freshen the story. It's the same formula.

Not any time soon. With its coming up new Pokemon Games on the DS, Pokemon Diamond and Pearl, the Pokemon franchise is still going strong. I have a 7 year old younger brother, and believe me, this is still the most popular thing there is for kids. If the Pokemon franchise was doing bad, they wouldn't convert the pokemon games from gameboy to DS, and second, they just wouldn't do it. They want to make new seasons in correlation to their new game! If it were to end now or anytime soon, kids from ages 2-9 would be very very mad.

Pokemon is truly getting ridiculous. It seems the more seasons they bring out the worse it gets. I know it was pretty good in the beginning but all good anime should come to an end sometime.

So i read Misty's description on Wikipedia and it says that Misty will be replaced with a new heroine called Hikari on the later season. Doesnt seem like the series will be ending pretty soon no?
