Like everything else- if there isn't a charge for it give it time-they'll be one !
Does anyone know of a worthwhile service in which you can lookup someones name-location-and get their ph. # -and not be hammered for a charge ?

TIP: Try typing a phone number with area code into google or Yahoo. This works if number isn't unlisted.
