I got a parking ticket of $115, about a month ago, i am in NY btw, and i completly forgot about it, and i remeber it now, i kno in ny u have 1 month to pay it, so imlike a couple of days behind, i'll go pay it as soon as possible, but i was jus wondering, IS there a late fee? if so How much? anythign else that'll happen?? I kno its not that bigga deal, but im kinda stressed out thikin sumthings gonna happen.

Just pay it as soon as posible other than than that they might give u some late fees, or worst *gulp* jail time...........JK

I stay interior the united kingdom, my son had a parking value ticket that he did no longer pay and he have been given letters for the invoice which he left unopened ultimately the bailiffs grew to become up at his flat and he now has a massive debt as he additionally had to pay pastime on the value ticket additionally bailiffs costs etc So I say pay it directly away !!

Ok, so basicly, I'm pretty sure it gonna go like this, you not paying by the date is like you not showing up for court, and since you didnt pay , a bench warrant will be issued for your arrest, and more then likely, after you dont pat for a while, your liscens will be suspended. Then, if you get pulled over, no matter what state you are in, you will be arrested and taken to jail. and it will be sorted from there. Basicly.....pay the ticket, let what happens if you dont be a concern for others.

I don't know the NY laws, but I would say no, especially if you are going to pay it. If they accept payment, there is nothing they can do. The worst, is they take you to court and you have to pay it anyway. I wouldn't sweat it.

In most states failure to pay parking tickets, will lead to you not being able to re register your car.
There will be additonal fines and late fees.
Call the city where you got the ticket and get it paid.

they can put out a bench warent out for your arrest.
