Also i'd suggest having both of yor ears pierced.... twice! Thats a very girly thing, so many guys wear a big sparkly stud in each ear... the footballer look! So its not girly to have each ear pierced but to have at least two in each.... then you can wear a big hoop and a stud in each ear for that hot look! Or heavy dangly earrings, so you can feel them swinging in yor ears as you walk down the street in your high stilletto heels.... clickety click click!! (thats the sound of the metal heel tip on the paving slabs, just in case you've never walked down the street in heels before)

Make sure your get the right size clothes, including your heels. Practice applying your make-up & remember the more time you spend crossdressing the better you'll get at transforming yourself into a girl.

yes, high heels are very uncomfortable! Seriously, I like to watch "What not to Wear" on TLC. They give a lot of good fashion advice.
