Out of curiosity this morning I went to some other countries and checked the questions out there, AND it was as BAD in Germany as it is here in the US. I gave up and came back here to the good 'ol USA. It seems to be a world wide epidemic.

Yesssss.....that text speak or whatever it is gets on my nerves if there's too much of it. I know the basics and I use things like LMAO and ROFL all the time, but the rest of it is like Greek to me...

Yes, and they still spell some of the words wrong.

Yup. But then I learned what a/s/l means.

I then just got used to their constant use of "u" for you, "gr8" for great, 5n for fine, becuz for because, etc...

It still offends my sense of proper writing....
