It could if they are not bio-degradable. Use a good septic cleaner and decomposer like Sep-Tabs or Septic Soda.And never pour grease down the drain. Some ips for smell. Use a sour litre of milk that has curds and pour in.

All manufacturers for these products (Pampers and Huggies) are required to put on the box a warning to throw the used wipes in the garbage\and not flushed in the toilet.
..................the reason for this is that it is not biodegradable.
