One set of underwear is all that is necessary. Extra underwear is just overkill.

if you are wearing your underwear over your clothes you have more problems than to worry if you need to wear any underwear under your clothes!

I vote yes, an extra pair under. If you have clothes, and then your underwear... you're not giving yourself room to breathe. To keep things as fresh as possible, I would wear undies underneath as well as on top.

I would recommend that you wear underwear UNDER your clothes and leave it at that.

um why are u wearing underwear over your clothes...and um I think u should wear underwear underclothes if u do something crazy like that anyways...

It catches anything that may leak. You do not want to see something dripping from the bottom of anybody. NOt only that some booties need the extra support. Have you seen what's jiggling out there?
