What i want to know is: according to a person's height what should be the lenght of his feet,arms,neck,ribs?(when the person is in good health without any syndrome or very rare abnormalities.) What i want to know exactly is if there is some kind of ratio for the human bones according to the person's height that exist?

It varies from person to person, across ethnic groups, and even within families. My parents are both white, but my mother's family is very lanky - long arms and legs relative to torso height - my father's side, on the other side, is stocky.

There is one ratio that usually holds true: your armspan, from tip of your middle finger across the shoulders to the tip of the other middle finger, is pretty close to your height.
