I think he's always right, but doesn't have to be so hard on the contestants. But Paula is too nice, and Randy is I think the best judge this year.

I have to agree with everysingle word that you just say. I ⥠Paula's attitude and her caring for other contestants. Simon is always right (most of the time). and he is always honest with everyone. Randy is cool and he gives great advice and ideas.

Simon is sometimes right no one can ever be ALWAYS right. But I like him he's funny and makes American Idol better. Paula is very nice. Randy's cool

I agree that he doesn't have to be so harsh, especially when he starts with the words "if I'm being honest...."
But at the same time, let's face it- without him, there would be no show.
Would you really watch it if the only judges were Randy (Hey Dog) Jackson and Paula (the Luckiest Woman in Show Business) Abdul ?

Simon is sometimes crass and rude but underneath he is only saying what he believes to be true. He has a good sense of talent and he tells it like it is. If he thinks some one stands out he says so and if some one stinks he lets them know that as well. Love him or hate him he is 99% right 99% of the time.

He's awesome! He tells trhe truth about everyones preformance, but when there is a good one he is blown away by it.
