I haven't recieved the movie I was supposed to recieve yet. The movie is listed as me having already recieved it. Do I just cancel and tell them I didnt bet it or do I just wait till I get it and send it back?

I'd call customer service and ask them to be sure you're not liable for something after you cancel.

I would advise you to cancel now before you get the promised movie if you wait then it will be more hassle to cancel because you will then have to return the movie and then cancel, Cancel now, don't wait !! Good Luck !

no no no... .. theres a link somewhere that says "problem with this movie" right next to the title.. go there, and click on "never received it".. THEN try to find out if u could cancel ur membership thru customer service, and let them know youll just return it if u ever get it... but definetly ask about the situation before cancelling.
