it depends what you mean. if the word 'world' was meant in heaven/hell, then it depends on which religion you support, such as in christianity you would believe in heaven because it would be where souls go after the physical body dies. to atheists, they would disagree as they don't have a religion and think that this life is all there is.
if you are talking about 'world' as in another universe or another planet which may have another living life form then i personally think that there is a large chance that there could be aliens but in a planet very far away due to the massive size of the universe. but about another universe, we may possibly never know becuase the edges of the universe are just too far for us to track down. well, maybe we could in the future, but almost definately not now.

Well for a start there are many (uncountable) planets and stars. So yes, there are many other worlds.
Second, if you consider that everyone is living in his or her own world, only at this planet there are more then 6 billion worlds.

The only two worlds I know of are the "heaven" we create in our minds about our world or the "hell" we create for ourselves. These are truly different worlds.
