Depends on where you are....Try some social functions. If you are near a large city with a GLBT center of some kind, that is a good way, sometimes there are pride events, or social gatherings of some kind. If you are in a warmer area there are often times gatherings of different types. It all just depends on your interests, what exactly you are looking for (dating, socializing, sex?? , etc.).
