I don't know what country you are in but over here in New Zealand it's two years.

This means that if your partner/girlfriend lives in the same house as you for two years, then you can expect to part with half your property. Unless you can prove with receipts that you paid for some of the goods. You can still keep property that you bought into the house when you moved in (that she didn't pay or have anything do do with).

The house is another matter. She can only get half of the house if you have put both your names on the Contract.

Hope you didn't. But you can still remind her that anything you both buy (that she wanted you too) will be half yours .... Woooooo that should make her start to think.

Good luck.

You can kick her out unless her name is on some sort of lease or morgage. Tell her that she has 30 days to move out.
