Do you mean the contraception injection, like depo?
No it wont hurt your baby.
My little one was concieved while on the needle, the doctor wasent even concerned, and we had no problems,and she is now a happy healthy bright as a button three year old!
I actually went to see my doctor to find out how long after the needle i would concieve...he did a bloodtest for another matter and well the rest is history!
I think your baby just really wanted to be born!

Just like the pill you and your baby should be fine. I was on the pill when I got pregnant will my little girl who is just fine. If you are have more questions about this I would say talk to your doc. I wish you the best of luck!

Not if you get off now. It is ok in the first few weeks to have done something and then stop. It wont hurt
