It depends on what it is! Usually nothing as they bury most of their victims!

In order to sue an MD in my state, you must go before a board..........which CONTAINS MAINLY MD"S!!!

Some may get a slap on the wrist by the Medical Ethics Committee!

I have often wondered how an MD can cut off the wrong leg or remove the only healthy kidney! One would think they would not be that stupid!

depending on the nature and degree of the malpractice, from a record in their state's medical board file to monetary fines to criminal prosecution.
