I would say eat lots of protein and healthy foods. Eat as much as you want as long as it's not junk food. Also exercise and stay in shape. The only thing is that depending on your metabolism it may be hard to gain weight for you. I am 23 have 2 kids and weigh the same as I did in high school 103. So I would say just try to do as much as you can even if the weight is muscle.

Eat more foods with good fats (nuts, coconut oil, salmon, etc.).
Don't be afraid to overindulge once in awhile, not everyday.
To gain lean muscle and not fat, make sure you eat adequete amounts of protein and exercise 3-5 times a week. Include strength training into your routine.
