some people said they have invited me in 360 even my real friends did but i didnt get any invite is there something wrong with my 360 cuz i couldnt see my friend requests.

To know for sure, sign up for another account. Send your "real" account an invite, if you get it, then you it's something on their side, if you don't well... now you know.

just go look for their 360s and add them. Sometimes things work funny like that.
