Didnt you see that 20/20 special on that family that has a genetic defect that causes them to walk on all fours?

Although I dont know that anyone gave them an IQ test, no one in this family is doing anything that I'd consider overtly "smart". But who knows? Maybe after a couple generations of walking on their hands their kids will be braniacs.....

That's not funny. Humans don't use the majority of the brains potential. Walking on your hands is not gonna help.
Smart has little to do with Globalization. Economics drives the global engine. China is gonna build hundreds of coal burning power plants. You think they care about the resulting pollution? No. There goes smart. Smart is traded for money.
