don't
question tags contain negative form of auxiliaries. the first part of the sentence does not contain an auxiliary, so it will obviously be 'do 'or a form of it.so aren't is not possible. the sentence is in the present tense("taste") so it cannot be weren't or didn't. and so the answer is don't.

You'd use don't because, weren't is past tense and aren't would be used if you said the mangoes are something e.g the mangoes are sweet and juicy, aren't they?

Aren't they. Cause of the word mangoes which indicates plural.
