Not sure what you're asking here.

We currently have no technology for taking the
optical signals coming from the eyeballs and routing
them somewhere else so that somebody else could
see what you saw.

Even if we could, the perception of the individuals
is at least somewhat based on his past experience
and his own genetics.

For instance, if you didn't know what a jellyfish was,
you'd probably have no reason to be scared of it. It
just looks like colorful seaweed ... until it stings you.

All these shortcuts of judging people are inventions to fool the people. First, there is no simple way as it needs lot of experience. Second, humans are always changing as they are not machines. Third, "Judge not that ye not be judged"

I dont know if you can do that on a normal basis but their are scientifically proven physical ways of telling who has more potention to be a serial killer than others. One thing I know for sure...I will never date anyone with a sloping forehead!

You can probably tell if a person is lying/being insincere by looking at their eyes, or by their voices. But I'm not sure if that's enough to 'Judge' somebody.
