e.g attack force. Can anyone tell me why this is?

heres what happened he films the movie in another country cause he needed the money they stay in russia or korea then come to the us a few months or years later he then goes into a room and re dubbs the film in english jackie chan does this as well

Forget his voice - it isn't even his body in half the action sequences. I saw one a little while ago (what a waste of time that was - 1.5 hours of my life I'll never get back) where they suddenly focused on his legs when he was doing something strenuous, "hiding" the fact that it was a stunt double actually doing the legwork (as it were).
Segal should quit now, before he embarrasses himself even further.
