'Nasara' is a word used in Ghana (mainly in the north of the country) and basically means 'white boy' although it could also be applied to a girl. If she's a white girl then she's not Ghanaian.

Rashida sounds like a Muslim name and there are many Muslims in Ghana. Yakubu is a Ghanaian surname, I think one of the Blackstars (Ghana's national football team) is called Yakubu.
