You cant find ARABSAT 4B on your receiver because arabsat 4b was launched just last year november proberbly by then your receiver was already manufuctured. Also the name of that satellite was changed from arabsat 4B to BADR-4:see here for details:http://www.arabsat.com/default/news/satellitenews/Satellite_News_2006_10_16.aspx but still in you antener sate-up, you can use any ku band satellite on your receiver e.g nilesat or hotbird then feed in these frequencies http://www.lyngsat.com/badr4.html to get arabsat 4B(badr-4)

Hi Haben,

The first thing you have to do is aim your dish at the satellite. Your receiver can't find the channels if the dish isn't pointing to the satellite.
