If you want to download single tracks, then a P2P application such as LimeWire is your easiest source.
If you want to get more detailed and try searching using the web, go to http://www.opendirectories.net
It will search for file names/songs that you enter. The site isn't as great as it used to be, so I would recommend trying LimeWire first. You can download it for free at http://www.limewire.com
