Is it fair for Nick , AJ, Leslie, Alaina ? I think they sang so good that nite, but why were they not safe? Special Nick, his voice and his song so great. What happened ?

how gay can you be. american idol is for people that can't get a record deal the old fashion way of performing and sending in demos to record companies. they have to go on some crappy tv show with one talentless drunkard, a bitter old brit, and one never was musician.

Yeah, I agree. I thought they were one of the best ones. If anyone had a better singing voice than them, (which I doubt all of them sang better) then they must sound like a professional.
What I think what happened was that they messed up the week before. That is why they got sent home. They dont really look for a person having a good voice, but a person that can sing a song with a beat, the song without messing up, can sing it about perfect, and a person that can sing the song solid if you know what I mean.

I think it was a fair call myself. I purposely don't watch who is singing until I like what I hear, or until " Yikes! that was bad!" Then I take into consideration their over all show of talent by being an entertainer. How they move, and handle themselves. Are they at ease on stage, and also, do they have a fresh new approach and not just doing the Karaoke thing, that sucks.
Then Vote. You have to vote.
Nick, gave me the creeps, I have now idea why, I just was creep-ed out by him.

I liked Nick too...I thought he had the potential to go to the end...And AJ sang beautifully! No, it's not fair...But sometimes Idol turns into a popularity contest...Remember back in season 4 (i think that was the season) John Stevens? Who woulda thought he would make it as far as he did...I think alotta little teeny boppers vote and they vote who they think is cute...or alot of people vote just to prove the judges wrong...Whatever the reason, NO! It was NOT far to those who went home

I agree it wasn't fair! But to have America vote for a singer when most of us don't know nothing about that fine art. It is crazy to call it a singing competition it is more of a popularity contest. I know there are girls voting for the cute boys and it has nothing to do with their singing. Now Sundance is out too early also and so far I'm very disappointed with the show. For once I tend to agree with Simon. Why? Are you people watching or listening? Hopefully we all are doing both!

I think a lot of the bad singers are have people voting over and over for them
The ones that left are really good
we should be able to vote someone back in, in a bonus round or something change it up a little

i dont think any of the idol series is fair its judged by the public,some cant ring,others cant afford to ring and taste varys way to much! they need to change it.anyway most of the people who dont win get records anyway hows trhat fair to the over all winner.

People voted so maybe they thought he was bad. But the judges don't get to vote. People didn't like Nick so many did not vote for him. I thought he was bad but I didn't vote at all.

It looks like some of the contestants don't have enough talent to be the winner. Not enough Charisma i guess.
