You can only do this if you are already logged on thru any administrator account...

Click start->run-> and type the following:
control userpasswords2
and hit enter

This will bring up the "secret" adminstrator password reset...
There is an administrator password reset button there, just click it!
You can also uncheck the box that requires passwords so NOBODY will need one!

It can't be done if ... The windows says that removing passwords of the administrators can only be performed by another administrator... click on control panel then user accounts then click change account then choose the administrators account... then click on remove passwords... done...

on mine, (windows-XP2), i go to control panel, click on "user accounts", and there are options for all user accounts on the PC...you must be the administrator to do/change anything tho.
