Not all of them, but most of them are. I remember when television stations were locally owned and unaffiliated with any network. You can't find those anymore, and it is a shame. Every large town had a UHF channel that had their own programming, it was great. Even the radio station are starting to be bought up by the corporations. Unfortunately, its the way the wind is blowing because of government deregulation.

All I know is most big media is run by the Liberals...very sad....and I think, dangerous.
