Can i take azithromicin with mallox?

ok this may seem stupid but i took the z pack last night the first night i took it which means i had 2 pills instead of 1 and it will cause my stomach to have more problems i took it last night about 5:30

no. do not take azythromicin tabs with antacids, you may take it with or without food.
